I’m Monica, founder and Certified Event Manager behind Casablanca Events & Creations. I’ve always believed life is meant to be celebrated beautifully, and nothing lights me up more than transforming someone’s vision into an experience that feels thoughtful, personal, and completely their own. From intimate gatherings to weddings and special celebrations, I bring creativity, intention, and close attention to every detail.

My journey began long before Casablanca existed. For years, I was the friend and family member who planned everything; birthdays, themed parties, milestones, and celebrations. What started as something I naturally loved eventually became something I knew I wanted to pursue professionally.

With eight years of leadership experience and a strong background in client service, I learned how to manage people, competing priorities, details, and high-pressure situations with confidence and care. Those skills became the foundation for how I approach event planning today: organized, attentive, solution-focused, and centered around the people I’m serving.

Casablanca Events & Creations was born from a desire to create spaces where people feel celebrated, understood, and taken care of. I believe events should feel personal and polished without the planning experience feeling overwhelming. My style blends modern sophistication with timeless details, while every celebration is designed around the client rather than a formula.

When I’m not planning an event, you’ll probably find me exploring décor trends, dreaming up color palettes, traveling for inspiration, or perfecting a concept down to the smallest detail.
